Number of participants: 15 teams (3 pruners for team)

Rules: the Team Race is a relay race: competitors shall tackle the assigned block one at a time. Each team will be assigned blocks of 30 (thirty) consecutive vine plants in the same row (spurred cordon) to be pruned in a total of 30 (thirty) minutes. In turn, each team member shall prune 10 (ten) plants according to the instructions given in the pre-competition brief, having a maximum time limit of 10 (ten) minutes.

Only the use of manual shears according to the deliveries provided in the pretender brief by the jury is permitted. The classification is based on precision and cutting technique according to the Simonit&Sirch method.
