Among others, there will be record-breaking mountaineer Simone Moro, who will take short tours in his helicopter to admire the beautiful Chianti hills and Siena from above; Da Move, with an adrenalin-filled freestyle and acrodunking basketball exhibition; world roller-skating champion Lorenzo Guslandi, who will perform his extraordinary performances; and woodcutters Mattia Berbenni, Alessandro Ciaponi, and Diego Gabbrini, with axe, saw, and chainsaw cutting demonstrations. There will also be local craftsmen intent on their trades, and it will be possible to watch animal-drawn work in the vineyard with horses. There will be stations where one can taste Chianti Classico and various truck-foods with local specialities.

The youngest children will be reserved a corner of the vineyard with the heads of the rows marked with giant coloured pencils, where they will be involved in ‘Wannabe a pruninguy’: each child will choose a vine rootstock and plant it, marking it with his or her name and the date, creating a symbolic vineyard, a good omen for the future. Various other activities will be organised for them, including a horse-drawn carriage ride through the vineyards and educational visits to the Orto Felice, San Felice’s natural vegetable garden, in which elderly local residents and a number of disabled youngsters are involved in the work.
